
DSLNG Goes to Campus Presents Fire Protection System Material at Tadulako University
DSLNG Goes to Campus returned to Tadulako University (Untad), Palu on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. This time, the session featured a presentation titled "Integrating Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in Fire Protection Systems within the Oil and Gas Industry" delivered by DSLNG Safety Team Leader, Ahmad Sulaiman. He emphasized the importance of workplace safety and efforts to prevent major accidents in the LNG plant environment. The event, held at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA), was attended by hundreds of undergraduate and postgraduate students from the faculty. In his remarks, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of MIPA, Dr. Syariful Anam, Ph.D., expressed his appreciation for the event and hoped it could become a regular program, as it provides insights not commonly found in the classroom. Through this activity, DSLNG aims to continue promoting knowledge and awareness among the younger generation about the importance of safety in the oil and gas industry, in line with the company's commitment to safeguarding its workers, the community, and the environment around its operations.
