Direct Shareholders

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ("PHE")
A subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), the Indonesian state-owned oil & gas company established in 1957. PHE is an Upstream Directorate subsidiary working in the oil and gas upstream business. It is also an upstream business vehicle for managing the domestic and overseas cooperation portfolio.

PT Medco LNG Indonesia ("MLI")
A limited liability company established in 2007 under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, is a wholly owned subsidiary of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, the first Indonesian company to operate in the oil and gas exploration and production business.

Sulawesi LNG Development Limited ("SLD")
A special- purposes company established by Mitsubishi Corporation (75%) and Korea Gas Corporation (25%), the world`s largest LNG buyer.



Parent Companies

PT Pertamina (PERSERO)
A state-owned oil & gas company, was established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT Pertamina. With the enactment of Law 8 of 1971, the company became PERTAMINA. This name was retained until after PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (Persero) on October 9, 2003.

PT Medco Energi Internasional, Tbk
The first Indonesian company operating in the oil and gas exploration and production business to be listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. It has been listed since 1994.

Mitsubishi Corporation (MC)
A corporation established in 1950 under the laws of Japan. MC is Japan`s largest general trading and investment company and has over 200 operational bases in approximately 80 countries worldwide. Together with its over 500 group companies, MC employs a multinational work force of approximately 60,000 people. MC has long been engaged in business with customers around the world in virtually every industry, including energy, metals, machinery, chemicals, food and general merchandise

Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS)

An abbreviation of Korea Gas Corporation, incorporated by the Korean Government in 1983. Since its foundation, it has grown to become a leading global LNG importer. KOGAS is fully committed to providing clean, safe, and convenient energy for the people, contributing to the stable supply of natural gas nationwide by operating domestic LNG terminals and pipeline networks. Furthermore, KOGAS has been expanding its business portfolio into upstream sectors and various segments across the entire value chain of the LNG business worldwide, strengthening its presence in the global energy market.
