Bridging Youth and Industry, DSLNG Strengthens Job Seekers’ Capacity
DSLNG in collaboration with the Banggai Regency Manpower and Transmigration Agency (Disnakertrans) and Karang Taruna, held a Mini Workshop on Youth Potential and Challenges in Employment at the Maleo Conservation Center, Batui, on Thursday (27/8/2026). The workshop brought together 40 participants from youth organizations, government, business, and industry to discuss challenges faced by young job seekers, industry competency requirements, as well as opportunities for training, certification, and apprenticeships. The forum served as a platform to bridge youth potential with workforce needs while identifying competency gaps. Through the initiative, DSLNG seeks to strengthen the capacity and competitiveness of local youth as part of its commitment to supporting human resource development and economic growth in its operational areas.
