DSLNG Affirms Safety as a Work Culture during National OSH Month Commemoration
DSLNG reaffirmed its commitment to making Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) a core work culture, rather than merely procedural compliance, as stated by DSLNG Operations Director Adi Kustanto during the National OSH Month commemoration held at the DSLNG Plant in Banggai, Central Sulawesi, on Monday (12/1/2026), attended by all employees and contractor partners. Citing the address of Indonesia’s Minister of Manpower, Adi Kustanto emphasized that OSH must be embedded in every work activity, as workplace accidents carry significant humanitarian, social, and business impacts, and therefore must be managed professionally and sustainably through an integrated OSH management system. On the same occasion, DSLNG QHSE Senior Manager Muhammad Haerul reported that throughout 2025 the company achieved 2,384,491 safe working hours with zero fatal accidents, supported by a Recordable Injury Frequency (RIF) of 0.08, exceeding the company’s target, as a result of disciplined OSH implementation, consistent safety leadership, and collaboration among all workers. Carrying the theme “Building an Inclusive, Collaborative, and Sustainable National OSH Development and Service Ecosystem,” the commemoration was also marked by various activities such as blood donation drives, seminars, graphic design competitions, and a fun walk, along with the presentation of awards to employees and contractor partners for their active contributions in strengthening a safety culture and social responsibility in the workplace.
