DSLNG Officially Signs the 2025–2026 Collective Labor Agreement
As part of its strong commitment to maintaining harmonious, transparent, and mutually beneficial industrial relations between the Company and its employees, aligned with the core values of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity, DSLNG conducted a series of negotiations and finalized the 2025–2026 Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) from July 2–9, 2025, at Hotel Sutasoma, Jakarta. The process concluded with the signing of the CLA by Management and employee representatives on August 11 2025, at DSLNG’s Jakarta Office. This milestone represents an important step in creating a positive work environment that fosters mutual support and continuous progress together.
