SMAN 1 Batui Students Visit DSLNG Information Center
The DSLNG Oil and Gas Information Center welcomed another study visit from SMA Negeri 1 Batui on November 9, 2024. A total of 40 students and 10 accompanying teachers gained an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of LNG and the oil and gas industry, covering topics from hydrocarbons to a discussion of the role of gas in the energy transition era.
The students enthusiastically asked critical questions about geological formations, seismic surveys and processing at the LNG Plant which were answered comprehensively by the officers. Established on March 1, 2013, the DSLNG Oil and Gas Information Center is open to the public, becoming a learning tool for students, the general public, and various groups who want to know more deeply about the oil and gas industry and DSLNG projects
